Unlike the original Moroccan Azilal rugs, which were never washed, we have perfected a gentle washing technique that softens the rug while preserving its rich texture. This method enhances the rug's beauty, making it a perfect addition to both laid-back and informal home settings.

You can easily place an order online, if you encounter a problem you can place it via email or phone. 
When ordering by email, do not include credit card info, We will Invoice you to pay.
Orders placed go to processing immediately, Processing time is 24-48 hours.

Shipping 

Most Items are shipped within 2 business days.

Carefully inspect package on arrival, Note damages/Missing items on receipt. 
Inform us immediately via email or phone.

  • Vacuum regularly using a low suction vacuum or an automatic vacuum like a Roomba.
  • Avoid beater bars or rotating brushes, and be gentle near fringes.
  • Rotate your rugs to prevent color fading and ensure even wear.
  • Shedding is normal for wool rugs or rugs with long fibers.
  • Don't pull any yarn coming out of the rug, instead cut it with scissors. 
  • Act quickly on spills by blotting them with a clean, undyed cloth.
  • Avoid rubbing and using chemicals. For major spills, consult a professional rug cleaner.
