Unlike the original Moroccan Azilal rugs, which were never washed, we have innovatively developed a soft-washing technique. This process retains the rug's texture and results in an exquisite piece that fits seamlessly into both relaxed and informal home environments.

Orders placed go to processing immediately, Processing time is 24-48 hours.

Shipping

  • Vacuum regularly using a low suction vacuum or an automatic vacuum like a Roomba.
  • Avoid beater bars or rotating brushes, and be gentle near fringes.
  • Rotate your rugs to prevent color fading and ensure even wear.
  • Shedding is normal for wool rugs or rugs with long fibers.
  • Don't pull any yarn coming out of the rug, instead cut it with scissors. 
  • Act quickly on spills by blotting them with a clean, undyed cloth.
  • Avoid rubbing and using chemicals. For major spills, consult a professional rug cleaner.
