Oushak rugs are renowned for their elegance and heritage, originating from the Anatolian region in Turkey. While replicating a true Oushak in its entirety is a challenge, we've honed our expertise to create a rug that honors its beauty and craftsmanship.

We use premium long fiber New Zealand wool, dyed using a unique family recipe to achieve the perfect blend of colors and shades. Each knot is meticulously woven by master weavers, forming intricate designs that echo the tradition. The rug undergoes a washing process that closely resembles the techniques used in Turkey, ensuring authenticity in its appearance and feel.

Ordering

You can easily place an order online, if you encounter a problem you can place it via email or phone. 
When ordering by email, do not include credit card info, We will Invoice you to pay.
Orders placed go to processing immediately, Processing time is 24-48 hours.

Shipping 

Most Items are shipped within 2 business days. 
You will be notified via email when an order ships. 
Some items may ship in 5 days, You will be notified when there's a delay in shipping. 
Multiple Items may ship from different locations at different times.

Inspection 

Carefully inspect package on arrival, Note damages/Missing items on receipt. 
Inform us immediately via email or phone.

  • Vacuum regularly using a low suction vacuum or an automatic vacuum like a Roomba.
  • Avoid beater bars or rotating brushes, and be gentle near fringes.
  • Rotate your rugs to prevent color fading and ensure even wear.
  • Shedding is normal for wool rugs or rugs with long fibers.
  • Don't pull any yarn coming out of the rug, instead cut it with scissors. 
  • Act quickly on spills by blotting them with a clean, undyed cloth.
  • Avoid rubbing and using chemicals. For major spills, consult a professional rug cleaner.
