Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth (don’t rub). Use mild soap and water if needed, and always test a small hidden area first. For large stains or delicate fibers, we recommend professional cleaning.
Some shedding can be normal (especially with wool rugs). Regular gentle vacuuming and time will reduce shedding significantly.
