Registration and Login Process
Now that you have selected your rug, we offer you multiple ways to login and register at our website. All processes are safe and our website is fully secure. You can login to our website via Login with Google TM If you already have a Gmail account, you can login using your Gmail credentials. Login with Facebook TM If you have a Facebook account, you can login using your Facebook credentials. We also offer a traditional login process, where you can create an account with us by entering your email address and creating a password. Once you are logged in, you will be directed to a page where you can enter your shipping information. We need this information so that we can ship the rug to you. Your information is secure and we do not share your information with any Third Parties except use it for Shipping and for Communicating with you about your shipment or any other information we have.
Payments and Billing
After you have entered your shipping information, you will be directed to a page where you can enter your billing information. We accept all major credit cards Our Credit Card processing partner is Square TM and your information is secure with them. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers. We do not keep any of your credit card information with us except the approval receipts we get from Square Inc. We also offer Amazon Pay and Paypal as a payment option. So if you are registered with them, you can use those credentials to make the payment. You will be shown the total amount due, including any taxes and shipping charges, before you are asked to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation of the order via email. If you have any questions at any time you can email us / text us or reach us via contact us form.
Shipping and Delivery
After your payment has been processed, we will start working on shipping your rug to you. We use FedEx TM, UPS and Trusted Truck Partners for most of our shipments. It usually takes about 2 to 3 business days for your shipment to leave. Once the shipment leaves you will get a tracking number and we will update you with tracking info at all times. We value your business and are grateful for the same.
